Building Integrations is a Houston based technology and integration firm specializing in residential home technology. Our founders and team members have a combined experience of over 30 years in the luxury Houston housing market. Consisting of former architects, builders, designers, and technology integrators, our team is able to take a unique perspective to each project. While always staying on the cutting edge of technology, we strive to stake a more simpler approach than our competitors. We believe that consistency and functionality are far more important than the bottom line.

Our company was formed with the intention of meeting a very important need in this industry. That need was to give clients an opportunity to work with an honest and upfront company that was there for them as the client and not us a product supplier. Don’t get us wrong we are in business to stay in business, but doing this in an honest and straight forward approach to our clients is what we felt was lacking in the industry. We all come from backgrounds of technology and construction giving us more than thirty years of experience collaboratively. We all love technology and have it fully involved in our homes and with our families. This helps us to stay on top of how our systems work together and provide an end experience for our clients. If our children and significant others are not excited and enjoying it, we know it will never work for our clients.   

We limit our company to only working with product manufactures that have proven results and reliability with their product lines. If it doesn’t work all the time and on time, then we as the integrator are the ones that look bad, not the manufacture. We take this to heart, because as someone being our client, we want our clients to trust that their systems work and will continue to work day in and day out for years to come. The only way we can trust that this very important need gets met, is by using products that we know from years of experience will function as they should. We will not push the latest and greatest technology unless we have tested and put it through the paces that it will go through on our client’s end. Or, knowing that our manufacturing partners have done so on their end first. Even in those cases, we will still try it in our homes and businesses first before presenting it to our clients.

Our goal is to meet and exceed our client’s expectations of what these systems can do. We will never push anything on a client that isn’t needed or desired. We are here to provide only what is needed to fulfill our client’s needs. Just because a new product or product line has come out, that does not mean it is right for every client. Also, in the same regard, just because a manufacture makes a cool product from their product line, it doesn’t mean that every client will need it in their system. We take an approach of listening first and implementing second. We have come across of a lot of clients that were just sold a bunch of fancy equipment and none of it actually did what they needed it to do. It doesn’t matter how fancy a product is, if it will not meet the functionality needs of what the client needs on their end, it’s basically a fancy paper weight. Our goal is to spend as much time that as is needed to first sit and listen to then truly understand what the client’s needs are.
